TRANSOU
Transou is an Artistic Research, that serves as a creation tool for the collective Ay Avec Toi. Based on the conceptualization of language, sound, melody, rhythm, frequency and vibrational fields.
Materialisation arises from the relation of the body with different layers of musicality.
‘The space of nomad thought is qualitatively different from State space.
Air against earth. State space is "striated," or gridded. Movement in it is confined as by gravity to a horizontal plane, and limited by the order of that plane to preset paths between fixed and identifiable points. Nomad space is "smooth," or open-ended. One can rise up at any point and move to any other. Its mode of distribution is the nomos: arraying oneself in an open space (hold the street), as opposed to the logos of entrenching oneself in a closed space (hold the fort).’

Ay Avec Toi
Ay Avec Toi
Ay Avec Toi is a multidisciplinary artistic research collective. Founders of the collective are Noemi Calzavara from Italy, Siva Meryem Canbazoglu from Turkey and Claudio Maria Silvia Murabito. Besides the central orbits, one of the values of the collective is gathering artists from around the globe, from different disciplines and different realities to a shared research, a creation, and a presentation of the work in whichever form it may take. This value touches the vital need to unify, to be working as a unit. While individualism is rising on social ground as well as the political opposite polarities. Reminding ourselves, as well as our spectator that everything in our reality is interconnected at all times. Because reality likes to connotate, even though things that seem completely irrelevant from each other, are a connotation of each other. Through direct, or indirect relations. In our methodology, we research these connotative reactions, crystallised on a subject matter.
Since March 2021, we have been part of -Ijzerblok Studios- a research collective based in Coolhaven, Rotterdam. Where we conduct our research, organise open studios, classes, performances and collaborate with other members of the Ijzerblok artists.
Our first piece WHO ARE YOU? was created for the platform of Capta laVie.
Our last piece, Vertical and Horizontal Migrations premiered in ‘Anima Flegrea Festival della Cultura e della Danza’ a festival held in Italy.
Afterwards was curated in a performative exhibition form, for the Garage Rotterdam Art Gallery.
